Yoga

Yoga is a practice that combines movement, breath, and mindfulness to improve both physical and mental wellbeing. It helps increase flexibility, strength, and balance while also reducing stress and promoting relaxation. Suitable for all levels, yoga offers a space to connect with your body, calm your mind, and restore energy.

Exercise Class Package

For £150, you will receive a discount code that allows you to book 10 exercise classes of your choice. 

How it works:

  • To Purchase, please email cscr@aeltc.com
  • We will send you a link to purchase the Exercise Class Package. Once payment is complete, we will generate the discount code and send it to you, for you to use when booking classes online.
  • The code can be used up to 10 times (or until the total value of £180 is reached).
  • Each discount code is venue specific and cannot be used across different venues.
  • The discount code is valid until 31 July 2026.
  • It can only be used for exercise classes.
  • Only one booking cancellation is permitted per discount code.

Rebecca Aitken

About Rebecca:

Rebecca’s journey into health, wellness, and fitness began with a fascination for how nutrition, lifestyle, movement, and recovery influence overall wellbeing. After graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition from the University of London Metropolitan, she went on to qualify as a Yoga Teacher in Nepal, deepening her knowledge of mindful movement through Hatha, Ashtanga, and Iyengar styles. Rebecca later expanded her training to include Pilates, Personal Training, and Sports Massage Therapy, building a comprehensive toolkit to support her clients' recovery, performance, and overall wellbeing.

Rebecca’s Pilates Class Description:

Rebecca’s matwork Pilates classes have a strong focus on technique and body awareness, incorporating the principles of alignment, precision, and mindful movement. Classes focus on posture, breath, and core muscular engagement, using clear verbal cues to help participants move with awareness, focus, and control. Her classes encourage strength, confidence, and intentional movement tailored to individual needs. She offers modifications for injuries or physical limitations, whilst delivering clear, insightful guidance that helps clients understand not just how to move, but why each move matters.

Anna Pomichal

About Anna:

Anna is a highly qualified Level 3 Pilates Instructor with over 15 years of experience teaching Pilates and Yoga. She completed her training at City Lit London in 2008, where she studied anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and personal training.

Since then, Anna has taught in several leading London fitness centres, including David Lloyd, working with a wide range of clients—from athletes and teenagers to older adults and those recovering from injuries. She continually expands her expertise through advanced studies in Stott Pilates, body mechanics, functional movement, Reformer training, and Pilates in physiotherapy.

Alongside her Pilates qualifications, Anna is also a certified Yoga Siromani instructor and has taught at private medical clinics in Bratislava, working closely with rehabilitation specialists.

Anna’s Pilates Class Description:

Anna totally believes in the power of Pilates - its power to rectify, beautify and heal. Having recovered from a debilitating spinal injury by means of Pilates exercises, she understands every detail of the correct form in each position on all levels to bring about the results the clients are seeking. During the class, she consistently goes around to each client to make sure the exercises are performed precisely, with great passion and conviction. If you are looking to establish a solid foundation for effective Pilates practise, then Anna’s class is ideal for you!

Anna’s Yoga Class Description:

I qualified as a Siromani yoga teacher at a Sivananda Yoga Ashram. I specialise in Hatha and Ashtanga, and in teaching I alternate between a slow and meditative style, and dynamic and fast-paced one, depending on the participants’ request. When time allows, I incorporate breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation. During the whole class, I emphasise alignment, breath, and mindfulness while working on strength and flexibility. I finish each class with deep relaxation.

Michelle Wray

About Michelle:

Passionate, inspiring, engaged and calm, Michelle started her yoga journey 19 years ago in Hong Kong during a time of complication with her first pregnancy. Having moved around in different countries in Asia and Europe, her love of yoga has since grown, transformed and transcended beyond the physical practice into a spiritual journey, with the magical carpet carrying her through times of challenges, tribulations, grief but also immense gifts of joy, peace and gratitude. Her uninterrupted practice of yoga throughout life’s circumstances has blessed her the voice to share, teach and inspire others to better feel, better live. 

Michelle’s Yoga Class Description:

Michelle delivers a thoughtfully designed yoga flow class that invites you to move with meanings, breathe with awareness and reconnect with the deeper layers of yourself. Each class weaves together a harmonious blend of asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation and self-reflection. The practice helps you to build strength, increase flexibility and cultivate inner calm. 

Michelle’s warming presence creates a space where you feel supported, seen and empowered. She offers hands-on cues, modifications and variations that support both beginners and more experienced yogi’s. Under her guidance, participants of all levels will find space to grow, heal and transform, stepping off the mat feeling nourished, uplifted and deeply aligned in body, mind and spirit.
