  • Tuesday mornings 8-9am and 9:30-10:30am - Yoga
  • Tuesday evenings 6-7pm and 7-8pm - Pilates
  • Wednesday mornings 8-9am and 9:30-10:30am - Pilates
  • Wednesday evenings 6-7pm and 7-8pm - Yoga
  • Saturday mornings 9:30-10:30am Yoga and 10:30- 11:30am - Pilates
